Enrollment Requirements

Returning Families

  • One proof of address (recent utility bill, lease agreement, etc.) required

  • One photo ID of parent/guardian

  • Kindergarteners need updated immunization record

  • 7th graders need immunization record with a new Tdap

  • Current custody documentation, if applicable

Campus Parent Portal

New to WHPS Families

  • Age verification such as birth certificate, medical or school records, etc. 

  • Most recent grades or high school transcript for proper placement

  • Immunization record

  • Special Education records, if applicable

Age Required for School Enrollment

  • Students must be 4 years old by September 1st to enroll in Pre-K

  • Students must be 5 years old by September 1st to enroll in Kindergarten
